Risk Assessment
Assist in updating Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRARC) documentation.
Audit
Assist in internal and external audit preparation.
Assist in maintaining and updating documentation filing for easy access.
Update Typhoid Vaccination data.
Update Incident Summary for non-LTI cases.
Inspection
Participate in workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe practices.
Participate in Housekeeping & Facilities Management Inspection.
Inspect safety and emergency equipment available in the plants.
