- Participate in hands-on tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems in ship structures.
- Go onboard vessels to gain first-hand experience of the working environment and assist in daily production operations.
- Work closely with an assigned mentor, shadowing them in performing inspections, planning, and coordinating production activities.
- Assist the production team in ensuring that project milestones and vessel deliveries are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Support in monitoring work progress, identifying potential issues, and proposing practical solutions during production activities.
- Learn and adhere to the company’s safety, quality, and operational procedures throughout the training period.
