Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support training and event operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in course logistics, participant management, and event coordination. You will assist in administrative tasks, learn about compliance processes, and gain exposure to digital tools and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Course Support
Assist in updating registration lists and participant records.

Help process enrolments on LMS platforms and prepare course runs.

Support pre-course communications and dispatch of materials.

Assist in closing classes (certificates, assessments, and records).
Event Coordination
Help schedule webinars and seminars.

Assist in preparing event pages and sending newsletters.
