The intern will support the CXM People and Stakeholder Engagement team in implementing programs that strengthen employee and frontliner engagement, improve experience insights, and sustain collaboration across internal and vendor partners. The role involves assisting in communications, event coordination, data organization, and documentation to help deliver people-focused initiatives aligned with Globe's customer experience mission.
