Intern - People and Stakeholder Engagement

Program Support: Assist in planning and executing engagement programs for Globe’s CXM team and frontliner communities (, BPOs, Stores, Field Technicians).

Communications: Draft and publish internal communication materials such as announcements, invites, and campaign messages through Workvivo, Google Chat, or email.

Event Coordination: Help organize and document learning sessions, engagement activities, and recognition events — including logistics, attendance tracking, and post-event reports.

Data Management: Support tracking of participation, learning hours, and feedback results (, Frontliner NPS, CXM engagement scores) through Google Sheets and dashboards.
