What you'll be doing:
A strong knowledge of computers and proficient in data entry, a good telephone manner dealing with both the team and external suppliers. Using good time management skills and being organised and thorough as the role incorporates daily data entry. Communicating with the team clearly, working with them to ensure there is no disruption to the lounges receiving their goods. Assisting with projects when asked in support of the running of lounges and hotel. The role also requires working independently, paying attention to details, using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
