Porsche Singapore is offering a Procurement internship opportunity. The successful intern will support all rounded procurement functions, including vendor on-boarding management, tender process, procure-to-pay, reporting and process improvement.
• Collaborate with functional departments and headquarters on procurement requirements and planning.
• Facilitate pre-procurement vendor evaluation for business partner registration.
• Support the procure-to-pay process, including the tender process (issuance of request for proposals/quotations, comparison, evaluation, negotiation), purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Manage the procurement system and processes in accordance with the relevant directives, policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Prepare routine management reports on procurement activities and assist Manager Finance in retail operating leverage performance review.
