PSOD is looking for an intern to support Private Sector Investment Funds and Special Initiatives Division.
The intern will
Support investment teams in the screening and analysis of funds and co-investments transactions across developing member countries.
Conduct market, sector, and financial analysis, including review of fund structures, business models, financial statements, and performance metrics.
Assist in the preparation of internal briefing materials, concept notes, and presentations for management and investment committee discussions.
Undertake desk research on private equity, infrastructure, and capital markets trends relevant to ADB's private sector operations and strategic priorities.
