The Advanced Science and Technology Institute (DOST-ASTI) is a research and development agency under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). It advances national capability in ICT, artificial intelligence, microelectronics, advanced computing, and space technologies through applied R&D and technology innovation.
We are hiring 7 interns for two government-funded R&D projects in 2026:
1. Grid Resilience and Intelligent Data Platform for Automation, Transformation, Control, and Harmonization - GRIDPATCH (PCIEERD-funded)
Preferred skills:
IP networking and Linux administration,
Power system modelling (MATLAB/Simulink),
Data platforms, automation, or related technical skills
2. Smart Aquafarm Feeder and Monitoring System in Highly Turbid Conditions SAqFeeder (ASEAN IVO-funded)

3D design, printing, and prototyping
