About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle and provides an opportunity to learn core HR practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies across various platforms (job boards, social media, career pages).
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in preparing recruitment reports and tracking candidate pipelines.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
