What the day will look like

+ Request and gather detailed information for incoming claims from clients and reinsurers to ensure accurate processing.

+ Prepare statements of account (SOA) for reconciliation and follow up with reinsurers or clients on outstanding items.

+ Request billing letters and DGT documents for overseas settlement to support timely claim transactions.

+ Indicate and categorize incoming emails and claim notifications from clients and reinsurers (e.g. PLA, DLA, or queries) to ensure proper routing and handling.
