• Conduct site inspections on State properties

• Perform data analysis

• Administrative process for tenancy and maintenance-related matters

[What we are looking for]

• Students with background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Meticulous and customer focused
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Has great attention to details and can multi-task
• Preferably able to commit from Jan 2026 to May 2026 or March 2026 to August 2026 for this internship.
