Assist in doing up product & produce specification and labels

Assist in customer feedback investigation

Maintain log sheets for the QA programs

Conduct product label compliance checks at store

Conduct product verification checks at warehouse or stores

Conduct FPON website compliance checks

Assist in planning out and execute validations studies

Any other assignments as provided by the supervisor.
