**Job Overview**

Develop basic market research skills / competencies via on-the-job learnings and other online/offline trainings, with limited support/guidance from senior member / project leader.



**Essential Functions**

- Support project team on overall execution of market research project to ensure timely delivery and take main responsibility in proposal preparation.



+ Conduct secondary deck research to prepare the proposals.

+ Assist in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation (qualification for either quantitative or qualitative studies as below requirements are acceptable)

+ Quantitative studies: Questionnaire design, table specs, code frames, report charting with error-free, writing key takeaway messages, etc.

+ Qualitative studies: drafting discussion guide, prepare content analysis/ summary of IDIs, assist in qualitative report preparation, etc.
