Task Description

1. Update records in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) in accordance with company procedures.

2. Assist in handling and preparing custom documentation (AP).

3. Support invoice validation by verifying invoices against supporting documents and system records.

4. Support logistics documentation, filing, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

5. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support logistics operations.

Qualifikationen

Specific Knowledge and Skills

Final year students pursuing Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other relevant disciples.
