Summary
As a Talent Acquisition department, we organize 3 Career Days as well as 2 Career Talks. We are seeking a motivated intern to support these events during the period of Q3 & Q4 of 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, event coordination and administrative tasks.
CV Screening: Review and evaluate incoming resumes to identify potential candidates for our Career Days;
Candidate Communication: Contact candidates to provide necessary information or to confirm their attendance;
Presentation Preparation: Assist in creating and organizing presentations to be displayed during the Career days;
Internal Meetings: Attend and contribute to internal meetings to keep team members informed about the event's progress and log...
