Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Ascott's internship program, including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and offboarding hires.

• Coordinate and execute events, initiatives, surveys, and townhalls.

HR Initiatives & Engagement:

• Assist in planning and execution of HR initiatives through events and engagement activities.

• Support the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott's career platform using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
