Job Description

Overview
Internship of four (4) months duration - September to December 2025.
Kruger Energy is seeking an intern to join the Operations team. The Operations team manages day-to-day activities (inspections, maintenance, major projects, etc.) across several hydroelectric, wind, solar, and battery sites.
The intern will be based at Kruger Energy’s head office in Montreal. 
While the intern will primarily work in Montreal, occasional travel to production sites in Quebec and Ontario may be required.
RESPONSABILITIES
Support the team in implementing the training plan for Canadian sites;
Develop procedures and work instructions related to site technologies;
Create theoretical and practical exams using training software;
Update documents related to the competency plan;
Perform any other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Enrolled in a university program in industrial engineering or a related field;
