• Provide daily operational and administration support to the department including performing a large-scale data cleaning, validation, and standardisation across internal systems.
• Backfill data by coordinating with internal teams, customers, and/or external partners via email, calls, or forms.
• Maintain accurate data tracking logs and status reports for audit and migration readiness.
• Support system migration activities, including data extraction, testing, reconciliation, and post-migration verification.
