Your area of work:

The Transformation Enablement team drives operational excellence and business transformation across CEU, CBL, and LuxCSD. We focus on testing strategy and automation, process optimization, digital delivery enhancement, and governance for scalable and efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities:
You assist in client and external testing activities, supporting both depository and customer testing streams to ensure readiness and efficiency.
You contribute to streamlining and automating testing processes, leveraging AI and advanced tools to reduce manual effort.
You support the manager in coordinating transformation initiatives, including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
You get insight into process optimization projects, helping identify inefficiencies and standardize workflows.
