Execute website content for The Ordinary using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Amplience, directly contributing to brand storytelling and user experience.
Support the continuous refinement of content and merchandising approaches by assisting in measuring content engagement and conversion rates, impacting site effectiveness.
Assist in the enhancement of The Ordinary's customer journey and increased conversion by collaborating on A/B testing initiatives and personalization strategies.
