Internal Audit Associate

Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Internal Audit Associate based in Pasig. The Internal Audit Associate will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing detailed audit reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating financial, operational, and compliance processes, identifying areas for improvement, analyzing data for accuracy, and collaborating with relevant teams to implement recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Finance, or business-related field
Preferred experience (1-2 years) in internal auditing, risk management, compliance or a related role
Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in documenting working papers and writing reports
Knowledge of Financing and expertise in conducting Financial, Compliance, Operational, and Process risk-based Audits
