Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Audit Associate to help evaluate financial and operational processes of the Cooperative. This role ensures compliance with policies, strengthens internal controls, and supports risk management through accurate audit work and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting internal audits (onsite or remote)
• Review financial and operational records for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare audit workpapers and supporting documentation
• Identify process gaps, risks, and areas for improvement
• Draft clear and concise audit reports
• Coordinate with branches, head office units, and external parties during audits
• Respond to audit-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support cooperative programs and initiatives when needed
