Job Summary

Internal Audit Lead – Location: Bogotá, Colombia. You’ll bring your skill, curiosity and drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human, overseeing independent, risk‑based assurance and advisory services focused on regulatory compliance and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits with a primary focus on regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, and quality systems (GxP, GMP, PV, GDPR).
• Perform risk assessments and contribute to the annual audit plan, ensuring coverage of high‑risk areas.
• Lead thematic audits and advisory engagements related to compliance, ethics, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with co‑sourcing providers for specialized audits, ensuring quality and adherence to Opella methodology and IIA standards.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations for management and the Audit & Risk Committee.
