Internal Audit Lead (Netherlands)

About the Job
We are looking for a forward thinking Internal Audit Lead (EU) with demonstrated experience in leading and delivering audit engagements. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our Internal Audit function, driving risk-based assurance, and supporting the organization's commitment to sound governance and compliance across the EU.

In this role, you will contribute to shaping the internal audit agenda, provide insights that influence decision-making at senior levels, and help foster a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidates must be based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and execute end-to-end internal audit engagements, from planning and risk assessment through fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.

+ Provide practical, value-adding recommendations to management and support implementation of remediation actions.
