Role Summary
The Audit Supervisor oversees audit engagements from planning through completion, ensures audit quality and compliance with standards, and supervises audit staff. This role acts as the bridge between audit managers/partners and junior team members, while maintaining strong client or stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, ISA, PCAOB)
• Review audit workpapers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify audit risks and develop appropriate audit procedures
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit associates and seniors
• Monitor audit progress, budgets, and timelines
• Communicate audit findings, issues, and recommendations to management or clients
