Job Title: Auditor, Intermediate
Please note: this position is 100% in-office.
Job Summary
Responsible for completing plant audits to ensure that there are the proper controls in place to prevent a material misstatement or error in the financial statements. In addition, ensure that the plants are in compliance with the Linamar Accounting Manual and the Global Operating System.
Responsibility
Conduct and oversee the full audit cycle
Prepare the audit files
Conduct on site interviews
Document the control processes
Complete detailed testing
Complete balance sheet reconciliation reviews
Prepare the audit report
Present findings to the management team including appropriate recommendations
Follow up to ensure audit issues are being closed out in a timely manner
