Internal Auditor

Role Summary

We are looking for an independent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to conduct periodic audits of company sales, payments, and remittances. The role ensures that all sales transactions are properly recorded, collections are complete, and funds are accurately remitted to the company.

This role acts as a financial control function and reports directly to the business owner/management.

Scope of Work

1. Sales Audit

Review and reconcile:

• POS reports / system sales reports
• Official receipts and invoices
• Manual sales logs (if applicable)

Verify that:

• All transactions are recorded
• No unrecorded or altered sales exist
• Voided, refunded, or discounted transactions are valid and supported

2. Cash & Payment Verification

Check accuracy of:

• Cash collections
• GCash / e-wallet transactions
• Bank transfers
• Card terminal ...
