Internal Auditor

Job Purpose: The position is responsible for reviewing the existing processes and recommending appropriate controls to be implemented. In addition, performing internal process audits across all processes to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory and governmental requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Offer Insight and Advice- Expertise, knowledge, and perspective in consulting processes, projects, and activities to mitigate risks.
2. Evaluate Risks- Evaluate department risks, risk management effectiveness, inform management, and develop recommendations.
3. Assess Controls- Assess control efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring adequate risk response.
4. Ensure Accuracy- Verify accuracy, reliability, and the integrity of financial information.
5. Improve Operations- Examine operations to determine whether they are efficient and effective.
