This role can be based in either Melbourne or the Gold Coast.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create engaging, people‑first internal communications that keep both our frontline and office‑based teams informed, aligned and connected
• Own and shape our employee app (Blink), building compelling content that drives engagement and continuously improves how we communicate
