Internal Compliance Manager

In conjunction with the Senior Manager for Operations, build up the Quality Management System (QMS) across all areas of SIDC Operations.

1. Documentation System

· Develop an Operations Manual; review the document system and the QMS; instruct and guide the Department/Division/Branch for the effective implementation of the document system.

1. Internal Audit

· Conduct audit of cooperative's systems, processes, operations, functions and activities as set in the Annual audit plans.

· Build internal auditing schedule (announced and spot); do audits of different complexity and scope involving compliance, financial, IT, operational and performance every week, every month and every year so as to monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and mitigate the risk of non-compliance, errors, fraud, losses and inefficiencies.
