Our client, a leading global reinsurer, is looking for a proactive Internal Controls Manager to take ownership of internal control frameworks in the Singapore office. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal control frameworks
Oversee internal control testing and quarterly evaluations, ensuring thorough documentation, actionable insights, and timely remediation.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to provide second-line oversight, challenge processes, and maintain robust risk and control trackers.
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Internal Control, Audit, or Risk Management within a regulated financial services environment
Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks, with the ability to translate theory into practical, actionable improvements.
