Internal Controls Specialist – Finance & Compliance

ZF Group is seeking an Internal Controls Coordinator in Monterrey to ensure compliance with internal control policies and oversee audit interactions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, and strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, training accounting teams, and coordinating internal control testing. Advanced MS Office skills and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English are required.
