GMCH is creating a new team of staff from across the organization who are interested in providing constant care for clients who need this level of support. This role would be in addition to any existing staff role, and those selected would be called upon in an as needed basis to fulfill this role.

This position focuses on preventing and de-escalating potentially volatile situations, supporting patients who are experiencing emotional distress, and ensuring the well-being of patients.
