California - Internal Medicine – (58070)
Location: California
Primary Care Physician – Northern California
FQHC-employed outpatient practice seeks BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine physician
Base salary range: $230,880 – $300,144 annually, dependent on experience
Monday–Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities
Serve a diverse, underserved population in a mission-driven community health setting
Opportunity to work in clinic and/or state-of-the-art mobile medicine program (Health on Wheels)
Established practice model with integrated support services and resource center
Multispecialty team includes behavioral health, care coordinators, and dental professionals
Robust benefits package including 403B with 4% match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, CME, malpractice with tail, and tuition reimbursement
