Setting: Multi-site Open ICU + Tele-Critical Care

Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking experienced Critical Care physicians for locum coverage across a 4-hospital regional ICU model , combining in-house coverage and Tele-ICU (tCC) support.

This is a high-acuity, procedure-heavy role ideal for ICU physicians comfortable managing open ICUs with limited ancillary support.

Providers Needed

• 2 Night Shift Providers

  • Main campus: Bakersfield (12-hour shifts)

  • Also responsible for Tele-ICU coverage for Tehachapi
