Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

• Schedule: Choose your own hours, no less than 12 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturdays and Sundays 10am - 6pm
• Job Setting: In-person, outpatient; in-home clinical visits
• Types of Cases: Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Primary Care; conducting in-home clinical visits with individuals, reviewing and making recommendations on consumer assessments for long term care services and supports, writing provider orders
• Credentialing: 30-45 days

• Board Certified FNP, ANP, AGNP
• Licensure: Active New York license required...
