A well-established community hospital in Northwest Philadelphia is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Physician to join a collaborative and patient-focused primary care team.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Conduct physical exams, histories, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and manage individualized, patient-centered care plans
• Deliver preventive care services, including screenings and vaccinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging studies
• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EHR)
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
