We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to be part of our dynamic team. The position offers:
Days/Times: M-F (8-5pm)
Patient Volume: 8-10
EMR system: Velocity
Contract: Starting ASAP - 3 months, ongoing
Requirements
Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
License: AZ License, DEA, flu & COVID vaccinations
