Internal Medicine TA/Reception

About the Position

Trinity Hills 24 hour Pet Hospital is a privately owned hospital located in South West Calgary. Dr. Sheri Clarkson, who is boarded in Small Animal Internal Medicine, is looking for an experienced motivated TA/receptionist blended roll with a background in client communication and animal restraint.

Excellent client communication teamwork, interpersonal and organization skills as well as animal restraint will be essential.

The team currently consists of Dr. Sheri Clarkson, Dr. Caroline Tan, Dr. Amelie Pare, two RVT’s and a TA. Successful applicants will work closely with all team members as well as our clients and patients.

Responsibilities

• Providing care and support to medicine patients throughout their journey, from admission and appointments or procedures to discharge.
• Accurately filling prescription medication for clients.
