Position Summary

Fantastic opportunity for a General Internal Medicine specialist to join the team at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail. If you are looking to practice in a supportive community setting where the lifestyle opportunities are endless, this is the position for you!

The Internal Medicine group currently consists of 6 local internists. We provide 24/7 IM call coverage (separate from ICU coverage), cardiac risk stratification with ESTs and MIBIs, urgent IM access with the Rapid Access IM Clinic located in the hospital, and separate outpatient office work. Our ideal candidate will be a true general internist, with comfort and skill in both inpatient and outpatient internal medicine.
