Internal Messenger

The Internal Messenger is responsible for ensuring efficient mailroom operations, timely collection and delivery of mail, documents, and packages within the client's premises and to external partners during core business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the mailroom is continuously manned during the client's core business hours (Monday to Saturday)
• Collect and deliver mail daily to and from the local Post Office
• Handle transportation, collection, sorting, and distribution of all incoming and internal mail across designated buildings according to an agreed schedule
• Perform inter-floor and landlord deliveries between defined locations
• Process banking-related requests as required
• Dispatch contracts for stamping and official processing
• Maintain accurate logbooks and registers for all mail and deliveries
