Duties & Responsibilities

 Role purpose

As a Recruiter (Talent Attraction & Headhunting), you'll play a key role in actively sourcing and headhunting high-quality talent across the business. You'll build strong external talent pipelines, promote our employer brand and EVP, drive referral campaigns, and support graduate and intern recruitment.

You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure priority roles are supported by strong, well-qualified candidate pipelines.
