Internal Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment processes, including postings, screenings, interviews and onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs
• Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and standards
• Provide constructive feedback and enhance the internal candidate experience
• Training the hired candidates according to the job roles
• Training the hired candidates on CoC & CoE
• Tracking and reporting on the success and effectiveness of internal recruitment
• Ensuring smooth transitions for internal hires into new roles

Requirements

Job Location: On-Site in Bahria Town, DHA 1, Sector F, Rawalpindi. This is not a Remote Job.
