Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to all inbound corporate and leisure inquiries within 30 minutes of receipt.
• Manage and convert direct and PropTech-generated leads, including website, WhatsApp, OTA, and aggregator channels.
• Proactively follow up on all leads to maximize conversion and revenue.
