Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB:
To achieve consistent sales growth within the company by meeting the unit, financial turnover and gross profit goals set out in the annual budget for existing turnover and new business, completing targeted activities as well as providing best in class service levels.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
This position will be responsible for the following 4 Key Performance Areas:
1. Financial KPA: To achieve and exceed Existing and New Business targets for the Financial Year.
2. Customer KPA: To grow market share of all product groups – paying particular attention to the main groups - PCR, TBR, AGRI, OTR and INDUS units - as well as retain existing customer base.
3. Operational KPA: To achieve sales excellence through the utilisation of Salesforce and company processes and systems as well as meet target metrics set out by business.
