Internal Sales Representative - Parts / Technical sales (Durban) Permanent

Requirements:

• Certificate in Sales & Marketing (NQF 5) – Diploma advantageous

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proven experience Automotive parts, electrical components sales 

• Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP/ERP systems)

• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused and target-driven

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and implement sales initiatives

• Analyse customer buying patterns and identify growth opportunities

• Grow existing accounts and secure new business

• Manage promotions and customer engagement activities

• Monitor sales performance and gross profit

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
