Duties & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take enquiries from internal and external customers and expedite them to benefit the branch and group.
• Be fully involved in daily branch operations.
• Achieve daily sales targets and drive sales growth.
• Attend to customer and branch enquiries and submit quotations timeously.
• Service telephonic customers and counter sales clients.
• Handle financial administration: process quotes, create invoices, purchase orders, and assist Sales Representatives with enquiries.
