Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking to fill a position for Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be focused on all the Order-To-Cash activities and some PTP activities to provide superior customer service in line with our policies whilst driving our commitments effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities Handling customers' purchase orders by using a mix of different technologies and processes ensuring effective service and administration support for the assigned customers in one or more business units, following compliance regulations. Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow up on order activity to alert customers in case of discrepancies.
