Internal Sales Support

Roles & Responsibilities

• Internal Sales and support for Material Handling.
• To ensure daily sales targets are achieved.
• Attend to customer / branch sales enquiries and submit quotations in time.
• Service telephone customers as well as counter sales clients.
• Attend to warranty claims and non- conformances reports (NCR).
• Manage stock and maintain adequate stock order levels.
• Process quotes, create invoices, purchase orders, and assist external Reps with enquiries.
• Analysing of GP reports and implementing corrective actions if necessary.
• Identify and targeting new customers from and internal perspective.
• Supporting National product specialist and regional product specialist.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• 2 - 3 years' sales experience in Material Handling.
• Valid driver's license.
• Sales and engineering or agricultural knowledge.
